Carmen Ronnie, Graduate Student, Lynn University
From sharing pictures about what you are having for dinner to marriage proposals and everywhere in between, most people are now communicating through the use of social media.  In order to keep up with today's society it's important to have at least some basic understanding of the type of social media available but it's also just as important to recognize the dangers that this new millennium tool can represent.  The purpose of this presentation is to provide a basic overview on the 3 most popular social media tools available in the market, identify some of the do's and don'ts if joining any of these sites, and providing the audience with case scenarios in order to identify some of the dangers that can come along with the use of social media today.
